For our Siemens Advanta Consulting team, we are looking for 供应链计划顾问 to help us drive Advanta business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

  • 数字化转型方案设计‌：结合客户战略目标，设计涵盖智能工厂规划、生产流程数字化升级的转型路径，优化生产布局与资源分配，法提升设备利用率与产能平衡，支持预测性维护与实时决策等
  • ‌APS系统实施与部署‌：主导APS项目全周期管理，从需求调研、业务与流程架构设计，到系统配置、数据集成及用户培训，确保方案高效落地。
  • ‌业务与流程架构设计‌：分析客户现有业务流程，设计端到端优化方案，消除数据断层，支持生产运营的闭环管理。
  • ‌知识转移与团队赋能‌：辅导客户团队掌握包括MES, APS, QMS，WMS等生产运营类相关系统，培养内部专家，确保方案可持续运行。
Your defining qualities 
  • 5年以上供应链计划或生产排程领域经验，具备3个以上APS项目实施成功案例。
  • 熟悉制造企业（如汽车、电子、化工）的供应链运作模式，能快速理解业务逻辑。
  • 供应链计划深度理解‌：精通生产计划、库存优化、需求预测等模块，能独立设计排程算法。
  • 技术工具熟练度‌：掌握至少一种主流APS软件（如西门子Opcenter、达索Delmia、Blue Yonder），具备SQL/Python基础者优先。
  • 学习与适应力‌：能快速学习新技术与行业知识，适应多变的项目需求。
  • 出色的沟通与项目管理能力，能协调跨部门资源推动项目落地。
  • 逻辑思维严谨，擅长通过数据分析解决复杂问题。
