Marketing Coordinator (Maternity Cover Contract)

Siemens’ Electrification and Automation team is looking for a proactive B2B Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing function, during a maternity cover period…and we’d love to meet you!
This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves to keep things moving, is proactive, and wants to make a meaningful impact across campaigns, content and internal communications.
Hours are between 15–20 hours per week, with genuine flexibility to arrange your hours in a way that works for you, however there is a requirement to be in the office. This is not a remote role.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days look the same - but you’ll be jumping into work like:
• Creating and refreshing engaging presentations
• Supporting social media activity and internal communications
• Producing content across directed tasks and projects
• Keeping our Digital Asset Management platform up to date
• Assisting with event coordination and logistics
• Taking charge of merchandise (ordering, stock management, distribution)
• Providing CRM support, including Salesforce data entry
• Helping track marketing spend, process invoices and compile post-campaign reports
• Offering general marketing project support, wherever needed
What You’ll Bring
You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves being part of a collaborative, innovative team. Ideally, you have:
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or similar
• 3–5 years’ experience in a B2B environment
• A genuine interest in technical topics and technology
• A proactive, organised and results-driven mindset
• The ability to work independently and work seamlessly with a team
• Strong communication skills and excellent time management
• A positive attitude paired with creative ideas and energy
• Full proficiency in MS Office
• Bonus: Adobe/graphic design capability
