Mobility Management, Turnkey Projects & Electrification, Mainline Transport, Urban Transport and Customer Services. They have the know-how to make road traffic flow more smoothly and quickly, make trains more environmentally friendly and efficient, make train schedules and freight shipments more reliable. We work with our customers to develop optimal solutions to help overcome their challenges.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

Design, development, integration, and testing of Siemens-specific solutions.
Definition and execution of tests.
Assume assigned responsibilities throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including specification, design, development, testing, and customer support.
Work within an international and multidisciplinary development team.

Required:

Software Engineer (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields).
Programming languages: C, C++, Python.
Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with Docker technology.
Experience with DevOps tools and continuous integration (Git, GitLab CI, Artifactory…).
Strong understanding of communication interfaces and protocols such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP.
Knowledge of software architecture.
Good level of technical Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work effectively across multiple geographic locations.
Teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, and a results-oriented approach.

Desirable:

Knowledge of requirements management tools such as DOORS.
Familiarity with the CENELEC EN50128 software lifecycle.
Understanding of signaling systems.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies (SCRUM).
Knowledge of cybersecurity.
