Your mission will be…

• As a RPA Developer Trainee you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to various aspects of our software development lifecycle. Your key missions will include:

• Crafting and implementing new automation solutions (bots) using the UiPath platform to streamline various business processes. This will involve understanding process flows and translating them into efficient, reliable automation workflows.

• Assisting in the maintenance and support of our existing RPA bots and workflows. This includes troubleshooting, bug fixing, and deploying updates via UiPath Orchestrator to ensure optimal performance and continuous operation.

• Working closely with fellow developers to understand project requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to a collaborative and efficient development process.

• Continuously expanding your knowledge of modern technologies, clean code principles, and software development methodologies.

• Participating in testing efforts for new features and bug fixes to uphold the high quality and reliability of our software.

We are looking for someone with…

• Completed degree (Bachelor or Masters) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Foundational experience or a strong interest in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), ideally with exposure to UiPath (perhaps from academic projects, personal learning, or internships).

• *A solid grasp of logical thinking and problem-solving, with an understanding of best practices for building robust and scalable automation solutions (e.g., modularity, error handling, reusability).

• Familiarity with basic programming concepts, data manipulation techniques, and an understanding of how to interact with various applications (web, desktop, APIs). Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.

• Strong desire to learn new technologies, tools, and development methodologies.

• Agile mindset, with a strong ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.

• Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to clear, transparent, and proactive collaboration.

• Fluency in English (mandatory).
