Sales Professional, Marine After Sales (Fire Suppression)

As a vital member of the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings Maritime business, within our Global suppression/extinguishing unit, you'll contribute directly to safeguarding lives and assets at sea.

Your Mission & Key Contributions:

In this strategic position, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and market presence. Your responsibilities will include:

Market Expansion: Strategically identify and onboard new customers, significantly broadening our market reach globally.
Pipeline Generation: Drive significant revenue growth by cultivating and expanding a robust project pipeline with key clients.
Partnership Building: Negotiate and secure high-value frame contracts, establishing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Performance Insight: Provide insightful analysis of sales performance (revenue and order intake), contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Brand Advocacy: Be our brand ambassador at industry-leading exhibitions and seminars, generating excitement and demand for our innovative solutions.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our new build team to architect and implement forward-thinking After Sales strategies that drive sustained success.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.

Proven Expertise: A strong track record in sales within the Marine Business. Expertise in Water Mist, Low Pressure CO2 and/or after sales would be an advantage.
Communication Prowess: Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal) are essential. Proficiency in other European languages is a significant advantage.
Meticulous & Accurate: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is expected.
Relationship Builder: A natural relationship builder with outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented spirit.
Global Mindset: A truly global mindset, eager to embrace new challenges and grow professionally within a world-leading organization.
