You’ll make a difference by:

  • Strategic Business Development & Planning: Support the planning and implementation of strategic business development plans specifically for the Building Automation industry/vertical market.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of strategic trends and developments within the Building Automation sector, covering both commercial (markets, competitors, offerings) and technical (products, methodologies, tools) perspectives.
  • Solution & Best Practice Development: Globally gather, analyze, and evaluate best-practice examples and solutions within the assigned industry/vertical market, developing comprehensive studies, concepts, and proposals to support sales and customers.
  • Expert Advisory & Networking: Build and maintain strong network relationships with management and experts in the market, providing expert support to sales and customers for the assigned unit.
  • Partner & Sales Enablement: Plan and assign consulting assignments to industry partners on technical and commercial levels, and support the sales organization in contract negotiations with critical information and analyses.
  • Driving sales for BMS together with partners and grow the partner network.

Your Defining Qualities:

  • Building Automation Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in Building Automation solution sales, with strong knowledge of Smart Buildings and Green Building application.
  • Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Green Building technologies and industry regulations.
  • Strategic & Agile: Proven ability to align Smart Building solutions with client goals, adapting to changing regulations and market needs.
  • Effective Communicator: Skilled at translating technical building automation & HVAC offerings into clear value for stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Collaborative & Accountable: Self-driven team player who thrives in cross-functional, multicultural environments focused on customer success and safety
