Your day to day tasks are:

• Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals

• Collect and analyze project requirements, specifications, compliance checklist, and documentation for submission

• Support cost estimation and pricing activities under guidance from bid manager

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical, engineering, sales, procurement) to gather necessary inputs for bids.

• Maintain accurate records of bid submissions and related documentation.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Bid Management team.
