Step into a leadership role where your expertise truly makes a difference. As Team Lead for Supplier Quality Management, you will guide and empower a dedicated SQM team while actively ensuring supplier quality for Siemens gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) manufactured at our site. You’ll combine leadership with hands-on work - building strong partnerships, driving improvements, and shaping processes that matter.


What You Will Do
Lead and develop the local SQM team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of improvement.
Implement SQM strategies and ensure alignment with global standards.
Actively manage supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct supplier qualifications, audits, and risk assessments.
Support part development for new components, including part release.
Negotiate and monitor quality agreements with suppliers.
Support complaint management and root cause analysis for supplier-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global SQM community.
Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to management.


What We Are Looking For
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar.
8+ years of experience in quality or production, with strong SQM background.
Experience with commodities such as Epoxy Resin, Aluminum Casting, Copper machined and forged parts is a plus.
Proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on.
Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, VSM).
Certified auditor for ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and local language.
Six Sigma certification is considered an advantage.
