What are your responsibilities?
- Advise business on content and application of external and internal regulations in a constantly evolving business environment; Understanding of AI based biz models. Recommend and implement Compliance solutions for specific business situations, acting as a trusted advisor of assigned businesses/ operating companies on all Compliance and Data Privacy related topics
- Keep and reinforce management responsibility for Compliance, regular communication with business (includes interaction with C-level management) to foster integrity culture within Siemens Mobility China as well as compliance training
- Manage Compliance risks in the area of responsibility, perform regular compliance control program (CCP) check and quarterly G&H check
- Compliance reviews for CDD-relevant third party / Benefit activities
- CMS Integration in newly acquired companies
- Support local Compliance in exploring and developing AI-related initiatives, align with compliance & EX colleagues in Siemens headquarters and our regional Companies on the continuous improvement of the Compliance system incl. processes and tools.
- Provide backup support for SMO Region ASP assigned countries and their regional activities
What do you need to qualify for this job?
- High level of ethical skills and of integrity consistent with Siemens values
- Academic degree in law, business economics or appropriate field
- Experience in risk assessment and strategic approach to risk mitigation
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, actively listen, understand, clarify and interpret while interacting with others, use appropriate communication methods and adapt to different situations
- Demonstrated skill in working collaboratively with multiple teams simultaneously and coordinating with multi-jurisdictional and multi-cultural transaction partners
- Effectively engage with digital and AI solutions
