Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  • Lead and manage projects throughout the entire project life cycle.
  • Maintain hygiene for Project Financials
  • Ensure qualitative and timely review & reporting for Project
  • Ensure complete & correct documentation for all transactions and approvals per internal/external requirements
  • Provide the Project plan, forecasts and required data for management reviews
  • Ensure compliance with internal, business & financial policies, guidelines etc.
  • Supporting audit requirements to EU Controller
  • Perform regular control activities to ensure correct reporting & reflection of Project numbers
  • Work closely with Project Manager, Customer, Vendor, SCM, EU Fin & Central teams to ensure smooth project execution & oversight
  • Manage Project KPIs & working capital
  • Analyze financial data to develop and implement structured financial performance improvement initiatives, including working capital & cash flow optimization, process efficiencies, flagging and synergies.
  • Identify, evaluate, assess risks and opportunities, and develop appropriate response strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, and forecasting.
  • Conduct process benchmarking to identify best practices, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in financial processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.
  • Support Portfolio Business/Finance Lead & EU CFO as required from time to time.

  • You have a degree in CA (preferred)Inter/MBA.
  • You have total 2 to 7 years of experience.
  • Key Skills, Competencies required are Self-starter, Strong fundamentals, Good communication
