We are Siemens
Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern who is highly motivated, organised and eager to learn to join our team. As part of your role, you will collaborate with Siemens resellers and our sales and marketing teams to identify potential growth opportunities. These growth insights will then be used to develop demand generation campaigns.
You will be responsible for launching and supporting these campaigns to build awareness and generate interest in our products, with the end goal of creating new sales opportunities. You will utilise various software tools, including customer relationship management (CRM), prospecting software, marketing automation, and Office 365, to create, monitor, and analyse campaign metrics.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and high-performing team with whom there will be frequent interaction. To get the most out of this experience, the person would ideally be able to work from the Siemens Solihull office about once a week, with occasional travel across the UK for the role.
The role would ideally suit someone who is interested in marketing and would be interested in gaining marketing execution experience in a technology company.
This position is a 13-month internship, starting in July 2026.

- Liaising with a 3rd party organisation to generate contacts from the company and job title list
- Handling the execution of the campaigns with the partner companies
- Keeping metrics relating to the execution and success of the campaigns
What you’ll bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Experience using online tools such as LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar.
- Enjoy creative problem-solving and possess a passion for digital marketing.
- Clear visual problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
