You'll make an impact by
- You support our Investment & Transaction Advisory Team by preparing documents and presentations for equity investment committees and strategic M&A transactions
- In close collaboration with various business units, you assist in coordinating workstreams and communicating with internal and external stakeholders during transaction processes
- Building on your analytical skills, you conduct research on financials, benchmarks, and competitors to support due diligence activities and market assessments
- Additionally, you help in editing calculations and analyses, ensuring data is clearly structured for top management decisions
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently enrolled as a full-time master student in business administration, economics, finance, banking, or international management at a German university
- Experience and Skills:
- You have gained initial practical experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting
- You possess strong financial knowledge and analytical skills
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Ways of Working: You work with precision, reliability, and demonstrate a high level of commitment
- Languages: You are fluent in English and German
