We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Consultant (f/m/d) to join our global People & Organization (P&O) team. In this strategic role, you will drive initiatives that improve leadership development and team effectiveness — key pillars of our new P&O Strategy 2030. Your work will directly support Siemens’ transformation, helping our teams and leaders navigate a constantly evolving world with confidence and purpose.

You’ll make an impact by 

  • Designing, implementing, and managing high-impact projects focused on team effectiveness and development
  • Building the frame as well as an architecture of the scalable support structure for team effectiveness on enterprise level
  • Building and deploying strategies to strengthen team performance, collaboration, and resilience
  • Building a pool of facilitators who can run team workshops, development sessions, and leadership interventions
  • Coaching leaders and their teams through change, transformation, and growth journeys
  • Providing expert guidance on team dynamics, leadership behavior, and team effectiveness
  • Building diagnostic tools to assess and evaluate team performance and provide actionable insights
  • Analyzing data to measure the impact of interventions and continuously improve our approach
  • Building strong partnerships with global stakeholders, content owners, and cross-functional P&O teams
  • Collaborating with internal and external experts — including business schools, consultancies, and service providers
  • Staying ahead of emerging trends and research in team development, applying them to our evolving practices

Your success is grounded in

  • Education
    • Masters' degree or equivalent experience in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, MBA would be a plus
  • Experience & Skills
    • Longterm experience in consulting, project management, or a related field, with a focus on
    • leadership development and team effectiveness
    • A strong background in team development, leadership consulting, organizational psychology, or related fields
    • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
    • Deep expertise in team dynamics and effectiveness, organizational behavior, and change facilitation
    • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
    • The ability to work effectively across cultures, geographies, and business units 
    • A proactive, adaptable mindset and a genuine passion for helping teams thrive
  • Languages
    • Proficiency in English rounds off your profile
