We are looking for a Regional Portfolio Manager - Fire Safety. This position is based in Parsippany, NJ, USA. However, for the right candidate we are open to remote in the continental United States.  


You’ll make an impact by: 

  • This role will be responsible for the awareness, promotion, education, application support and Sales support of the PRO FS AM digital offering portfolio to the Americas markets (US, CA, LATAM) including:
    • Installation Manager and FFA (Field Fire Assist)
    • Building X Fire Manager
    • Digital Fire Twin
    • And future digital offerings in development
  • This role will also provide Americas market requirements/feedback to the FS Product Management team (PL depending on the topic) to be considered for inclusion of future enhancements to drive sales adoption
  • This role will be responsible for working closely with the PRO FS AM TU team and PRO TU FS Global Product Line and Product Managers to become a subject matter expert on the PRO TU FS Digital Offering portfolio
  • Role will be responsible for supporting the LCB US, LCB CA and LCB-LATAM (MX & BR) to support the sales and adoption of the defined digital portfolio offerings
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills – including presentation skills are required for this role
  • Activities will include:
    1. Creating and delivering presentations for LCB Direct sales and operations teams, Partner Management Territory Manager Teams, Values Added Partners (VAPs), End Users
    2. Representing Siemens at conferences, trade shows and customer events to present and explain the Siemens Digital Portfolio Offering
  • KPI’s: Successful new portfolio or enhancement launches, and achievement of LCB and PRO TU business case commitments for unit volume/ subscriptions objectives in the Americas
  • Travel required: ~35-40% throughout Americas

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fire safety industry
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with project management
  • Associates degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3 years Product Management experience within fire safety industry
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 8+ years’ experience of leading teams and 7+ years project management experience
  • Digital Native – experienced and comfortable working with digital tools and IT based offerings
  • Familiarity or experience with Fire Alarm, or Security Systems
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong presentation skills

The pay range for this position is $122,951 - $210,773 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
