In our mission to improve the world’s infrastructure, we are seeking a Working Student for our Service Finance organization within our Buildings Smart Infrastructure business unit

Your new responsibilities


Support our Global Service Finance Team in the following tasks, such as:  

  • Support Service Onboarding & Marketplace Integration
  • Support Global Service Portfolio Development
  • Contribute to Pricing & Financial Analysis
  • Track & Update KPI’s as foundation for management decisions
  • Improve Internal Documentation & Processes
  • Collaborate with Cross Functional & Global Stakeholders
  • Create Impactful Presentations for Senior Leadership
  • Use AI Tools to Enhance Efficiency & Project Execution
  • Develop Requirements for Dashboards & Reporting Tools
  • Provide Day-to-day Controlling Support

 

Your talents and experience

  • Currently enrolled in a university or university of Applied Sciences in one of these fields: Business Administration, Finance or equivalent (Bachelor or beginning of Masters)   
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial acumen such as budget analysis, revenue, costs, etc
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with good visualization & presentation skills
  • Interested in evaluating the financial outcomes and impact of projects or initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of interrelationships to grasp complex issues
  • Creative approach with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Be a motivated and proactive student with excellent problem-solving skills and a dedicated, results-oriented work style
  • Strong ability to understand processes, enabling rapid adoption and application of financial concepts
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
  • Availability for this role: either 40% (2 days per week) or up to 60% (3 days per week)
