Join us as a Service Delivery Engineer, Factory Automation in the Siemens Philippines and become a vital part of our Customer Service (CS) Business Unit. You will leverage your expertise in Siemens PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems to provide exceptional onsite support, fault-finding, and technical solutions to our valued customers. Your commitment to customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and proactive problem-solving will be key to maintaining our market leadership and ensuring seamless operations for our clients. 


You’ll make a difference by:
  • Onsite Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert onsite support, fault-finding, and troubleshooting on PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems using your technical competence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional level of customer service, working proactively and independently to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve first-time fixes.
  • Proactive Problem Identification & Solutions: Continuously identify deficiencies and potential problems within systems, providing ongoing feedback to project teams and recommending effective solutions to construction and operational issues.
  • Commercial Awareness & Opportunity Recognition: Understand customer and market needs, recognizing, promoting, and pursuing new opportunities for sales, service contracts, and retrofits.
  • Compliance & Accurate Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry, company, and health and safety codes, standards, and practices, while maintaining accurate records of all work performed.
  • Effective Client & Internal Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal employees to ensure seamless project delivery and customer success.
  • Adherence to Standards & Deadlines: Meet company performance standards and deadlines, adhering strictly to company policies and values.


Your defining qualities:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Field Service Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience working in multi-vendor PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems field services.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with industrial automation equipment design, installation, and maintenance, including Siemens PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming and troubleshooting.
  • Project Lifecycle Knowledge: Experience with the full project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
  • Industry Standards & Security: Awareness of industrial standards and security concepts.
  • Travel Readiness: Ability and willingness to travel frequently to client sites as required.
  • Certifications: Associate technical certifications are a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-driven, customer-centric, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality
