You’ll make an impact by

• Supervision & control, execution assurance, risk prevention: Overall financial analysis and planning, cost center budget planning and control, and monthly reviewing of business development with effective cost budget/forecast control, ensuring compliance and mitigating financial risks.

• Business goal setting, performance feedback: Topline and Bottomline budgeting and forecasting and responsible for Performance KPIs reporting, cost change, HC movement, SIP target setting, and assets management, to provide clear feedback on business results.

• Business support, process & tool: Productivity Management support and actively contributes to financial reporting system/tools development and improvement, leveraging experience with platforms like SAP, Excel, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Mendix and so on.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor’s or master’s majoring in finance / accounting / statistics or equivalent

• 3 - 5 years working experience in finance controlling

• Good understanding of accounting principles and controlling KPIs

• Ability to work in a matrix organization and to prioritize tasks from multiple stakeholders

• Highly motivated, willing to take full ownership of tasks, and eager to learn

The skills you are expected to have

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Strong data insight and analytical skills

• Prior experience with SAP, BI reporting platform (Qlik sense, Power BI、Tableau), low code programming tool (Mendix) and others (Thinkcell、Excel VBA、SQL、R、Python、Mendix、Alteryx) are preferred.

• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

• Highly motivated, willing to take full ownership of tasks, and eager to learn
