You will be responsible for the successful technical and execution management of Smart Building projects across BMS, Security, and Fire Safety systems. You will support and collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) in planning, coordinating, and delivering project tasks on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer. This role requires strong technical understanding, stakeholder coordination, and consistent adherence to Siemens and industry standards.

Your role interfaces closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring quality delivery, compliance, and seamless project execution.

You'll make a difference by:

• Leading Technical Project Execution: Manage the implementation of Siemens solutions for Smart Buildings, ensuring systems like Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Safety, or Security are delivered within scope and to high standards.
• Driving System Integration & Quality: Oversee system architecture and integration to ensure different building technologies work together seamlessly, while managing testing, commissioning, and final client acceptance.
• Managing Site Operations & Subcontractors: Supervise all on-site activities, including the management of vendors and subcontractors, to ensure work is performed safely and according to technical specifications.
• Facilitating Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical contact for customers, consultants, and internal teams to provide timely updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Overseeing Planning & Documentation: Coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and the preparation of essential technical documents such as drawings, material catalogs, and progress reports.
• Monitoring Financials & Risks: Support the Project Manager in budget tracking, procurement, and cost control while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.

Your defining qualities:

• Technical Expertise in Building Systems: You bring a deep understanding of BMS platforms, building automation, and electronic security or fire systems, including knowledge of networking and smart technology integration.
• Proven Project Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience executing projects in the Smart Buildings industry, ideally within specialized environments like data centers or life sciences.
• Strong Educational Foundation: You hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• Excellent Communication & Leadership: You can clearly explain complex technical concepts to various audiences and have the leadership skills to mentor junior team members.
• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: You are detail-oriented, able to make timely decisions in complex situations, and proficient in using digital tools like AutoCAD and project management software.
• Adaptability & Professionalism: You are a self-starter who thrives in multicultural environments and can manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
