You’ll create impact by

• Technical Expertise: Possesses strong technical skills to handle a wide range of automation tasks, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, evaluation, and troubleshooting.

• Customer Focus: Prioritizes customer satisfaction by ensuring timely service delivery, addressing concerns effectively, and maintaining open communication.

• SLA Management: Responsible for managing all aspects of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including KPI setting, performance monitoring, and conducting audits to ensure compliance.

• Project Involvement: Contributes to project activities throughout the lifecycle, including estimation, planning, technical design, and sales support.

• Operational Excellence: Ensures timely completion of all tasks, accurate documentation, and on-time submission of reports and timesheets.

You excel in

• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with automation systems, including S7 PLC, HMI, IPC, STEP-7, WinCC, TIA Portal, and PCS7.

• Educational Background: Holds a degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

• Essential Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Adaptability: Willing to work in various challenging environments, as a team player, and possess a proactive learning attitude.
