We're seeking a motivated IT Digitalization Manager to lead fast and innovative technology initiatives, helping shape the future of our PS-AM Business through responsible tech adoption and intelligent process automation.
We are looking for an IT Digitalization Manager-Financial Services Industry, and this is a hybrid position located in Iselin, New Jersey.
You’ll make an impact by:
As an IT Digitalization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing on a Digital Roadmap together with the Business Digitalization Team.
This role requires an individual with an open, innovative mindset who can translate complex technological trends into actionable business opportunities, while maintaining IT Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a Digitalization Roadmap together with the Business Digitalization Team.
- Focus will be along the entire lifecycle of all IT/Digital services (run, change, transform) in alignment with relevant Stakeholders.
- Injects innovative ideas based on a solid understanding of business processes and tech market trends in the financial service industry.
- Aligns Proof of Concepts with all relevant Stakeholders including IT Strategy and IT Architecture.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize use cases across the business value chain.
- Partner with Stakeholders across the Organization and with SFS IT Headquarters.
- Contributes to future IT Landscaping.
- Explore and initially evaluate FinTechs, and technology providers to accelerate ideas.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant IT area.
- 5+ years of experience in current financial services tooling landscapes.
- 5+ years of experience in successful demand management from idea to Go Live.
- 5+ years of experience with leadership in developing and executing IT Digital Roadmaps.
- 5+ years of experience with IT PoC and Idea Generation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred.
- Financial Services Industry strongly preferred.
- Sound technological understanding in latest trends around Workflow Automation and Data Concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management, including excellent presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Able to translate complex IT concepts into tangible business outcomes.
- Innovative thinker with hands-on delivery mindset and cross-functional influence.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong focus on IT innovation and continuous tech improvement.
- Able to navigate in a complex corporate and governance environment.
- Familiarization with requirements engineering.
- Understanding of IT loan landscapes.
- International experience and familiarity with working in a global corporate environment.
- Project experience.
- Team lead competency to deputy for the local IT Manager.

- The pay range for this position is $120,666-$206,856 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
