Your new role

As part of our international team across Munich and Prague, you will work closely with technical experts to support data processing, reporting, AI-enabled enhancements, and daily operations for a global finance platform.

This role is ideal for students interested in analytics, cloud technologies, and applying AI in a real business environment.

Your Responsibilities

Power BI & Reporting Support

• Support the creation, enhancement, and testing of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Prepare and optimize datasets for reporting use cases.
• Assist in data validation and ensure report accuracy.

Data Processing & SQL/Snowflake

• Work with SQL queries to analyze, transform, and validate financial data.
• Support operational data processing tasks in Snowflake, including monitoring data pipelines.
• Help investigate data inconsistencies and contribute to data quality improvements.

AI & Automation Support

• Support the development of AI-driven ideas and prototypes for reporting, forecasting, or automation.
• Assist in evaluating AI tools, algorithms, or copilots that enhance daily operations and data workflows.
• Help identify use cases where AI can improve quality, efficiency, or user experience within the GFB platform.

Operational Support

• Assist in the daily operation of the Global Finance Board platform during planning and reporting cycles.
• Support the team in preparing test cases, conducting testing, and implementing small enhancements.

Your Profile

Must-Have

• Ongoing university studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Economics, or similar.
• Basic experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data tools.
  Interest in cloud technologies (preferably Snowflake, Azure).
• Interest in AI technologies and how they can be applied in business processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, structured working style.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have

• First experience with AI tools, copilots, or automation frameworks.
• Experience with data modeling or ETL concepts.
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
• Exposure to enterprise reporting or planning tools.
• Interest in financial processes and KPIs.
