What will you do?
The Project Management Eng. ensures adherence to project management guidelines and operational standards within the organization. This role supports strategic and operational projects aimed at improving production efficiency, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring consistent execution across initiatives in the switches and breakers business. The Operational Project Management Eng. collaborates with cross‑functional teams, manages project resources, enforces PM processes, and drives continuous improvement across project operations.

• Support execution of strategic operational projects related to productivity improvement, manufacturing optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
• Administer and maintain policies, templates, guidelines, and best practices across all project teams.
• Conduct periodic project audits and reviews to verify compliance with Operation process and quality standards.
• Develop, track, and maintain project plans, timelines, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Analyze workflow environments and recommend improvements to enhance project delivery.
• Coordinate and evaluate upcoming resource requests across active and new projects.
• Recommend optimal staff utilization and support capacity planning in collaboration with factory ladership.
• Ensure effective cooperation between project teams and business stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.).
• Organize and facilitate project status meetings, workshops, and stage‑gate reviews.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or Engineering specialty) preferred.
• +5 years of experience in Project Management or operational excellence roles.
• Experience in manufacturing industries (electrical components, automotive, industrial equipment, switches and breakers, or similar).
• Background in operational improvement, production efficiency, or Lean/CI projects is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and industrial operations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and project management tools such as MS Project, Power BI, Jira, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data and KPIs.

Certifications (Preferred)
• PMP (Project Management Professional).
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
