Your New Responsibilities:
- Perform structured market analysis to derive insights into market conditions for Energy Load Optimization in key markets globally and define the appropriate portfolio bundles to be prioritized accordingly
- Define G2M strategy for the Energy Load Optimization portfolio bundle according to the identified market conditions, target customer segments, and installed base in the respective countries
- Support the target countries in their portfolio release processes by coordinating between the local Portfolio Sales Enablement organization and the global Portfolio Management department
- Collect feedback on offering requirements from the country collaborators as input to the Portfolio Lifecycle Management process
- Provide continuous business development, sales and delivery support with best-of-class expertise on Energy Load Optimization acting as the single-point of contact to LCBs, working closely together with the local organizations to drive development of in-country capability to sell and deliver the services in a scalable and profitable manner
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive Global Market & Portfolio Strategy: Conduct market analysis and track global ELO developments to maintain expert knowledge and define the go-to-market strategy for the ELO portfolio bundle
- Enable Country-Specific ELO Integration: Analyze country-specific building automation and sustainability businesses to develop strategies for integrating ELO into Lead Country Bundles (LCBs)
- Champion ELO Adoption & Communication: Act as an ambassador for ELO, supporting communication activities, showcasing references, and driving adoption within LCBs through stakeholder management and pilot projects
- Coordinate Portfolio Roll-out & Feedback: Manage the roll-out of new ELO portfolio releases, support their implementation in LCBs, and serve as the main interface for collecting and structuring portfolio feedback
- Implement Tailored Go-to-Market Strategies: Support the development and implementation of country-specific go-to-market strategies for direct and indirect sales channels, aligning with local business models
- Build Sales & Delivery Capabilities: Perform and/or coordinate expert training for sales, engineering, and service resources in respective countries to enable effective ELO sales and delivery
- Support Sales Performance & Financial Oversight: Provide expert support to LCB sales teams for specific opportunities (from qualification to negotiation) and oversee financial reporting for transparent growth

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial environment with a focus on Business Development
- Experience and Skills:
- Longterm experience in Business Development in an international environment
- Profound Expertise within energy management systems, energy markets and utility systems
- Strong understanding of Product, Service and Solutions Businesses within the building industry
- Understanding of direct sales strategies in large matrix sales organizations
- Understanding of Sustainability standards, regulations and market
- Account Management as well as New Business Development Experience
- Ways of Working: This individual must be a self-starter, possess an outgoing personality, be able to present herself/himself and Siemens in a professional and positive way and work well in a team environment
- Languages: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in their area of primary support without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
