Your mission will be… 
  • Cooperate in the execution of tasks related to Human Resources Administration for Siemens Nordics, namely employee lifecycle management (personal data updates);
  • Hiring procedures, contractual changes, terminations or data reporting activities.

We are looking for someone with…
  • Degree or equivalent in HR, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar (preferable);
  • Experience in similar functions (preferable);
  • Fluency or intermediate level in English;
  • SAP and MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Team Player, with a strong customer focus, results & quality orientation;
  • Reliable, organized, autonomous and with strong communication skills;
  • Dynamic - be flexible to change tasks due to automation of assigned activities.
