At Siemens Energy India Limited, we are shaping the energy systems of the future—driving the energy transition through sustainable, reliable, and affordable solutions. With a 150-year legacy of innovation, we continue to evolve our organization and people practices to support decarbonization, new technologies, and business transformation. We are looking for professionals who can combine strong execution with the ability to engage in meaningful business conversations.
Your New Role – Execution-Focused with Business Exposure
We are seeking a People & Organization professional to support the Grid Technologies (GT) organization in India. The role is focused on hands-on execution of core people processes, while also supporting and contributing to business and workforce discussions with GT leadership.

This role works closely with the P&O Leader – GT and business stakeholders to translate people priorities into actionable plans, ensure disciplined execution, and bring structured inputs into discussions on talent, organization, and culture.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Support execution of core P&O processes across GT, including performance management, talent actions, workforce planning inputs, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Act as a day-to-day P&O partner for assigned GT stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of people-related matters.
• Prepare data, insights, and dashboards to support workforce, attrition, capability, and engagement discussions.
• Support implementation and tracking of people initiatives aligned to GT priorities, ensuring follow-through and closure.
• Assist in organization and role-related changes by coordinating communication, documentation, and change actions.
• Participate in business and people review forums, contributing structured inputs and insights from the ground.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and compliance processes in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with COEs and shared services on hiring, compensation actions, learning, and employee relations matters.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Act as a strong execution anchor, bringing structure, discipline, and clarity to people processes.

What You Bring
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or a related HR discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience in executing HR processes and supporting business leaders.
• Working knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work with data, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Strong execution orientation with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Clear communication skills and confidence to engage in business discussions.
• High ownership, learning agility, and comfort working in a matrixed organization.
