Machinery exists that provides such precision that parts of ballistic missiles could be manufactured with them — requiring special handling from a security perspective. Another example is the production of premium consumer products such as the iPhone or MacBook. When holding a slim iPhone, would you imagine it was milled from a single block of aluminum? This technology enables joints of micron‑level precision and delivers unmatched structural stability.

The SINUMERIK product family controls the machine tool — supporting programming, commissioning, and operation. In other words, it is the mind and soul of the machine.

Our Budapest team develops a comprehensive software package for the commissioning of CNC machining tools. The SINUMERIK Create MyConfig (CMC) software suite simplifies machine setup and configuration for manufacturing companies. It consists of several components, including a supportive engineering tool and a hardware‑integrated controller‑side component that runs directly on CNC hardware. This enables machine manufacturers to perform mass commissioning efficiently, rather than configuring each machine individually.

The SINUMERIK product line is market‑leading in Europe, used by the largest and most advanced machine tool manufacturers. We also maintain direct collaboration with Europe’s largest OEMs, receiving real‑time feedback and feature requests that directly shape our development priorities.

We are seeking new colleagues for our Budapest team in the position of:
