For our DI Automation division at Siemens San. ve Tic. A.Ş. we are searching for Financial Planning & Analysis Expert who will contribute to measuring the financial performance of DI AUT while playing a key role in all our financial processes.

What part will you play?  

·      Completes budget planning, financial planning, actual-versus-plan-analysis, benchmarking, forecasting and reporting activities for the management

·      Ensures preparation of financial performance reporting for business accountable management,

·       Supports transparency into main decision-making DI financials of P/L and asset values

·       Analyses relevant Key Performance indicators, and provides reports, comments and recommendations,

·       Prepares, develops and maintains controlling presentations and financial reports,

·       Supports accountable management in planning and calculating yearly budgets,

·       Consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceed with revolving midterm planning, and periodic forecasts during the year,

·       Performs comparisons actual vs.plan, and pursues effects of agreed measures,

·       Analyses and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improves the depending on cost accounting system,

·       Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management,

·       Performs evaluation of assets and liabilities, and manages inventory measures on a regular term,

·       Carries out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations,

·       Contributes to conceptual and project work related to controlling,

·       Manages complex big data sets and translates them into actionable insights,

·       Executes hyperinflation reporting.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent

·       Very good command of Turkish & English,

·       Advanced level of knowledge on SAP, MS office programs and AI relevant programs PBI and the like,

·       Min. 3 years of experience in fields of controlling and/or accounting

·       Knowledge of IFRS, Turkish Tax, Turkish Commercial Code and Turkish Accounting Standards,

·       Team analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies.
