For our Digitalization Industry China Portfolio (DI CNP) team, we are looking for a Head of Process Automation (PA) China Portfolio (CNP) FIN Controlling to help us drive financial controlling and business analysis within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

• Leading the preparation of segment reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Driving the standardization of reporting across Digitalization Industry China Portfolio (DI CNP).
• Leading the analysis of financial KPIs (volume, cost, profit, assets, cash flow) development and providing professional input for business development.
• Interfacing with internal/external parties, such as BU management, Controlling, and Zone Management and Controlling teams.
• Handling ad hoc topics assigned by Segment management.

Your defining qualities

• 5 years or more of experience in finance and/or controlling functions.
• High level of business understanding and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of English in both oral and written communication; German is a plus.
