Your mission will be…
  • Driving as PMO global projects, services and initiatives for the Asset & Property Management Service department (AP SER) within Siemens Real Estate;
  • Managing big data and being responsible for providing the service and project owner business analysis deep dives, management-level presentations, quality-checks and data reporting;
  • Playing a key role in the strategic decision-making process, impacting worldwide projects by creating business case simulations together with the commercial counterpart;
  • Steering consistent and thorough implementation of processes, policies and guidelines, ensuring standardization across regions and programs;
  • Acting as a sparring partner to various stakeholders and ensuring effective cooperation across teams and regions;
  • Coordinating the workflow environment and tracking all program related deliveries and respective KPIs;
  • Managing the project reporting lines and supporting the preparation of Project Board meetings as well as meeting minutes to allow transparent communication and decision-making;
  • Collaborating in central activities coordinated by headquarter teams, leveraging standards and know-how across different functions and regions;
  • Implementing PM and PMO guidelines and processes, as well as managing respective functional organizations.

We are looking for someone with…
  • University degree in Business Administration or related fields;
  • Fluent English;
  • Solid MS Office knowledge;
  • Strong analytical mindset and used to big data;
  • Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Processes and Detail oriented;
  • Motivation and Resilience;
  • Basic German knowledge and intercultural experiences are a plus
