Cybersecurity KPI & Collaboration Specialist (m/f/d)
Why this role matters
Help turn our cybersecurity strategy into day‑to‑day reality. You’ll make our teams more effective by structuring how we plan, track, communicate and collaborate—from KPIs in Jira to the way we use SharePoint, Teams and ServiceNow. It’s a hands‑on, doer role: less about writing strategy, more about making it work across the organization. You’ll be the operational enabler of our department ensuring our teams stay aligned, informed, and effective in executing our strategic priorities.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and maintain strategic priority tracking and KPI reporting: coordinate monthly KPI/OKR overviews, define clear measures, and maintain Jira boards and standards for our department.
- Enable communication & collaboration: implement and maintain structures and content in SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, ensuring naming conventions, findability and posting guidelines.
- Be the SPOC to different Cybersecurity teams for tooling adoption (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, M365), translating guidance into ways of working.
- Connect the dots across services/projects: keep focus on strategic priorities; surface dependencies, risks, blockers and progress.
- Support people & team growth formats: help organize on‑site days, success‑story sharing, role profiles overviews, and cross‑department enablement sessions.
- Analyze employee survey results (bi‑yearly) with leadership and prepare crisp communications and follow‑ups.
What you’ll bring
Must‑haves
· University degree (Master) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or similar
- ~2–5 years in process coordination/strategy implementation /enablement/business consulting (tech or cyber field a plus).
- Proven ability to translate strategy into actions, KPIs/OKRs and reporting. You understand how to break down big-picture goals into operational KPIs that actually drive results & measure impact.
- Strong Jira (boards, workflows, reporting) and solid M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Viva); exposure to ServiceNow welcome. You know how to structure and communicate information so teams can find what they need quickly and advertising & celebrating their achievements.
- Excellent English and stakeholder communication; strong PowerPoint storytelling.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills. You're structured, disciplined and detail-oriented, you don't get bored by the work of maintaining systems and processes that keep teams effective. You are quality‑driven and feel comfortable with detail and standards.
