People & Organization Consultant / Assistant People & Organization Manager
Responsibilities:
· Provide first-line P&O support to managers and employees across resourcing, compensation & benefits, development, performance management, and employee relations.
· Manage the full talent lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, work visa coordination, and exit processes.
· Drive behavioral and cultural initiatives that reinforce company values and support organizational transformation.
· Support HR IT implementation and system rollout projects in partnership with IT stakeholders.
· Enhance HR operational efficiency through digital transformation, process simplification, and automation.
· Handle employee issues independently and provide professional, solutions‑oriented advice to management.
· Support ad-hoc P&O projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably gained in multinational or large-scale organizations. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the Assistant People & Organization Manager position.
- Broad experience across generalist HR functions is highly advantageous.
- Mature, proactive, passionate, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
