We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process. Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Responsible for ICC & ICB monthly billing activities and analyzing P&L accounts.
  • Should prepare billing reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • You will be responsible for planning tools and Esprit uploads (FC and Budget).
  • Should be aware of Journal entries – Validation, recode, Accruals, provisions, Bonus etc.,
  • Monitoring vendor invoices and provide approvals to release the payment.
  • You will generate and distribute Balance sheet and P&L reports in accurate and timely manner.
  • Interface with finance controllers and the business units to ensure billings are processed as per FC and any discrepancies should be analyzed and provided with detailed information.
  • You will be responsible for developing highly advanced MIS solutions and providing support with analysis of cost center, monitoring payables/receivables.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Academic background in business management, business administration, finance, or accounting.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong core accounting knowledge.
  • You are flexible working for night shift or early morning shift
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Advanced MS Excel)
  • You possess excellent communication skills
  • You will be a Proactive Thinker & a Problem solver.
  • You will have ability of Managing Complexity
  • You will possess professional & service attitude.
