Our Global Enterprise Customer’s team is seeking a motivated Program Manager for Building Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation of complex, cross-border customer programs across multiple Global sites. Collaborating with our local project/bid managers and service delivery teams within Europe, you will be instrumental in developing our customers' businesses and nurturing key relationships. Your new responsibilities
- Ensure alignment with customer requirements (e.g. contract/frame agreement) for complex, multi-site programs based on standardized solutions and/or services
- Write and/or adapt playbooks/documentation to deploy the program
- Actively participate/represent our team in the approval process for assigned projects under an approved Program
- Define the right delivery models for each project in alignment with the local delivery teams
- Coordinate/guide project teams and optimize project efficiency
- Devise optimization measures and scalable models to reduce execution effort and improve margins
- Guide and support claim management identifying/driving possible deviations from the contract/agreed standards
- Collect and report consolidated status of projects/services executed under a contract/frame agreement
- Create/share best practice and ensure knowledge is distilled and leveraged for other opportunities
- Act as escalation level for customer HQ during execution of programs
- Ensure all strategic milestones/review points are completed effectively and appropriate leadership/stakeholders are notified and involved
- Identify upside potential, advise the customer about additional benefits and support project/service extension reporting results
Your skills and experience
- Several years of operational experience as program manager for complex and cross-border solutions projects; preferably within the building industry, specifically the pharma or datacenter vertical
- Acknowledged senior program manager with a demonstrated ability to build trust and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners across business units and geographies
- Certified project manager and solid experience in claim and contract management
- Experience in working effectively with senior management in an intercultural environment
- Well organized, structured and accustomed to working in international and complex environments
- Highly self-motivated with a strong team-player mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proactive and positive attitude, adept at effectively managing stressful situations
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in English. Proficiency in any additional European language is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
Location: qualified candidates require a valid work permit for Zug/Switzerland. Relocation is not planned for this role.
