We are looking for a Learning & Development Skills Consultant with German.

You’ll make a difference by:
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand key skill needs and define priority gaps
  • Translating these needs into clear, focused learning goals
  • Using skills data to highlight gaps, track progress, and guide decisions
  • Designing role‑based learning paths that support real growth
  • Supporting teams as they adopt new learning programs and removing barriers to success
  • Working closely with experts and global teams to co‑create solutions and share effective practices
Your success is grounded in:
  • Holding a degree in HR, Business, Education or similar, and bringing 3+ years of experience in L&D, Talent, or Capability roles
  • Communicating confidently in English and German
  • Working comfortably with learning platforms, skill taxonomies, and data tools like Excel or Power BI
  • Applying core knowledge of adult learning, skill frameworks, and assessments
  • Turning business needs into practical learning solutions
  • Collaborating with empathy and a genuine interest in people’s growth
