Your Defining Qualities...

  • Consult Technical Sales Strategy: Drive the presales consulting phase by translating complex customer requirements into high-performance SCADA architectures across the APAC zone.
  • Validate Complex Technical Bids: Manage the development and validation of technical proposals, ensuring that proposed WinCC OA solutions are feasible, scalable, and commercially viable.
  • Architect Custom Industrial Solutions: Provide expert application engineering support, designing bespoke software structures for industries like aerospace, automotive, and large-scale infrastructure.
  • Execute Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the regional escalation point for 2nd and 3rd level technical troubleshooting, ensuring long-term customer success and system stability post-implementation.
  • Collaborate Across the Global Matrix: Partner with Product Management, Sales, and R&D to align regional market needs with the global industrial software roadmap.
  • Enable Regional Market Growth: Support local country teams with technical knowledge transfer and "Train-the-Trainer" sessions to increase the WinCC OA footprint in emerging markets.
Your Defining Qualities...

  • Technical Educational Foundation: Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or Computer Science from a recognized technical university.
  • Deep SCADA Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in SCADA system design and engineering, with a strong preference for candidates proficient in WinCC OA or similar object-oriented SCADA platforms.
  • Field-Proven Implementation Skills: Practical, hands-on knowledge of the testing and commissioning of industrial automation components in real-world manufacturing environments.
  • Multilingual & Regional Mobility: Professional fluency in English; readiness for frequent travel across Asia-Pacific (and occasionally worldwide) to support key project milestones.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: A "firefighter" mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve complex software bugs and system integration challenges under pressure.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: The ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between deep-code engineering and business value.
