You’ll create impact by 

• Market Intelligence & Early Warning: 
• Building and maintaining advanced raw material market insights, including market economics and dynamics. 
• Translating intelligence into sourcing levers, institutionalizing knowledge and drive reduction of supply-chain risks through n-tier transparency frameworks.
• Raw Material Strategy & Demand Steering: 
• Developing and implementing global raw-material strategies; steering demand globally; diversifying sourcing approaches with a strong n-tier scope
• Promoting sustainability and resilience initiatives and delivering productivity programs with measurable outcomes.
• Stakeholder & Community Leadership:

This is how you'll win us over 

• Education: A master’s degree in engineering, a MBA is beneficial.
• Experience & Skills:
• Extensive professional experience in procurement, commodity management or supply chain leadership, ideally within international industrial environments.
• Proven ability to combine strong commercial acumen with deep industry knowledge and to navigate volatile raw material markets.
• Demonstrated success in translating strategy into action and leading teams of 10+ employees to deliver results.
• Experience in building high-performing, diverse teams and hiring top talent.
• Ways of working:

• An ability to balance strategic thinking with precision and detail, turning complex challenges into pragmatic solutions.
