Job Title:

Solution Architect – Building Management System (BMS)

You'll make a difference by:

• Leading the technical solution for BMS tenders. Reviewing tender documents, specifications, and drawings to define the technical approach and ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Designing scalable BMS architectures and system integrations. Developing system architecture, network topology, and integration strategies to support reliable building automation solutions.
• Developing technical proposals and cost estimates. Preparing solution designs and supporting accurate cost estimation to ensure competitive and compliant project bids.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strong proposals. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to align technical solutions with project requirements.
• Engaging vendors and internal experts to validate solutions. Coordinating with approved vendors and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with standards.
• Supporting pre-sales discussions and technical clarifications. Preparing technical presentations, responding to tender queries, and proposing optimized solutions to strengthen bids.

Your defining qualities:

• Engineering qualification in a relevant field. Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS). Experience in solution design, engineering, or system integration within building automation projects.
• Strong understanding of building automation technologies. Knowledge of BMS platforms, HVAC controls, system integration, and communication protocols.
• Experience supporting technical proposals or project tenders. Exposure to estimation, bid preparation, or pre-sales activities is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in technical design tools. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Visio for preparing technical documentation and drawings.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different cultures and levels.
