Executive- Dispatch

Qualification:
  • Mechanical/Electrical Diploma with min 3-4 years of experience.
  • Proficient in MS office application.
  • Experience in Stores/warehouses management is desirable.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and also with external team members from Vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create daily dispatch and loading plan for circuit breakers in line with dispatch priority in coordination with planning and commercial team.
  • Create and Vehicle requirements.
  • Ensure the vehicle loading is being done in line with all required Safety and quality requirements.
  • Create packing lists for each order and verification of actual loaded material.
  • Prepare and offer the final product to quality team for inspection in line with customer drawings.
  • Follow all safety protocols as defined.
  • Must handle team of contract employees deployed for packing and transportation.
