We are looking for: SFDC Developer

You’ll make an impact by:

• Collaborating in an Agile/Scrum environment with developers, Solution Architects, Technical Product Owners, and Scrum Masters—refining epics and user stories, planning sprints, participating in ceremonies, and delivering to commitments.
• Designing, developing, and delivering eCommerce features on Salesforce, demonstrating Salesforce Experience (Community) Cloud and B2B Commerce Cloud to enable customer self‑service and end‑to‑end commerce.
• Building secure, performant integrations and services using REST, SOAP, and Salesforce APIs to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems—maintaining efficient system connections and optimal performance.
• Applying CI/CD pipeline practices and modern development standard processes to improve reliability, quality, and speed of delivery.
• Working efficiently and with ownership, implementing tasks with speed and minimal reliance on other IT professionals while communicating progress clearly.
• Continuously learning and sharing procedures, helping to enrich standards for documentation, testing, and engineering perfection across the team.
• Chipping in to impactful, global projects, growing your integration expertise in a supportive, innovative environment.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of professional software development experience, including 1–5 years as a Salesforce Software Developer.
• B2B eCommerce domain knowledge, ideally with Salesforce B2B Commerce (desired: 5–7 years of prior B2B Commerce experience).
• Working‑level mastery of the SDLC and Agile methodologies, with hands‑on experience in a scrum environment.
• Business data management and modeling, software documentation and testing, and a working‑level understanding of requirements management and specification creation.
• API development and integrations using REST/SOAP/Salesforce APIs, plus experience integrating with cloud providers (e.g., AWS/Azure).
• A collaborative attitude oriented to support business needs, with strong oral and written communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Salesforce.com Administrator and/or Developer certification (preferred).
