Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Iselin, NJ is $126,610 – $137,802 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Support the setup, structuring, and coordination of workstreams within complex and high-visibility P&O projects on an international scale, gaining early exposure to the company’s global network. Assist in managing strategic project activities such as meeting cadence, scope tracking, milestone planning, and presentation preparation, in close collaboration with global teams (e.g., ECO, Talent & Learning, Talent Acquisition). Help maintain transparency by preparing updates and materials for senior stakeholders at both the global (e.g., P&O US Leadership Team) and regional levels (e.g., US leadership team). Collaborate with experienced P&O professionals and business teams to support the design and implementation of P&O solutions aligned to the P&O Strategy. Join forces with our global and local P&O teams to implement strategic projects generating impact and drive positive change. Contribute to change efforts by bringing a proactive mindset, supporting idea generation, and helping ensure smooth implementation of innovative solutions. Assist in coordinating across the ecosystem of stakeholders including business leaders, P&O colleagues, and external partners/service providers. Identify and address interdependencies across initiatives and flag relevant connections to project leads to enable seamless execution. Leverage data to design all efforts for maximum user impact, striving to make valuable contributions to the company holistically.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Finance, Strategy or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Business Consultant-related occupation. Position requires experience in: Working with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint to prepare executive-ready presentations; Working with PowerBI or data visualization; Analyzing workforce data analysis and financial data for business case development and ROI calculation; Designing and managing projects in various tools such as Jira; Working with SharePoint and documentation storage tools; Process mapping to optimize processes; Supporting ROI calculation and scenarios of projects and initiatives. Telecommuting and/or working from home is permissible pursuant to company policy. 10% of domestic travel and 5% of international travel is required
