Senior Project Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai, India (On site deployment)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for delivering large-scale EPC projects.

This role is for a seasoned EPC professional, who has successfully lead and delivered mission-critical electrical infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning for fast track and high-pressure Data Centers projects mainly involving electrical low side works i.e MV and LV System, RMUs, Transformers, busduct, UPS, cabling system, ELV system. Sound understanding project interface management is essential requirement of this role.

Senior Project Manager is expected to plan, execute, control, Monitor and deliver the complete scope on time, within budget, and to high level of quality and EHS standards with full ownership and accountability, while protecting project margins, positive cashflow and maintaining healthy relations with client, PMC and other key stakeholders involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Produce high quality project implementation plan covering all the aspects of projects and nuances of integrated project delivery.
• Understanding of scope / requirements and managing them throughout the project
• Plan, monitor, track and direct all project team members for delivery of their respective work packages.
• Actively manage and direct delivery team at site to ensure high pressure timelines are met.
• Handling of customer escalations and effective stakeholder management
• Plan and execute strategies for Effective Change, Claim, Risk and Opportunity management.
• Organizing and participating in techno-commercial discussions with suppliers, contractors and customers.
• Monitoring contractual terms and conditions with suppliers and sub vendors.

• Ensure high degree of compliance with environment, local rules and safety requirements and standards procedures.
• Monitoring contractual terms and conditions with suppliers and sub vendors.
• Build & maintain a high performing team working towards a common goal.
• Prepare and present for executive level project reviews

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with ~15–20 years in Leading large scale EPC project delivery.
• PMP / IPMA  Certification
• PM@Siemens Category “C” Certification is mandatory for internal candidate
• Proven delivery experience in Data Centers MEP domain
• Solid background working on EPC contractor side (not client-only roles)
• Ability to perform under fast‑track, high‑pressure project environments
