Scope:

As TA Lead, you’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a strategic partner. You’ll develop the future of our organization by attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for core business roles. From developing and implementing TA processes to advising managers and engaging with business leaders, you’ll be at the forefront of driving Siemens’ talent agenda. You’ll also manage a team of contract recruiters and collaborate closely with P&O (People & Organization) and hiring managers to achieve our ambitious goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Steer the end-to-end recruiting process, leading compliance with our high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Champion Siemens’ employer brand by tapping into new talent pools, using data and market intelligence, and building meaningful, trust-based relationships.
  • Lead operational recruiting activities—from intake meetings and assessments to sourcing, negotiation, and candidate engagement.
  • Partner with business and P&O leaders to build tailored staffing strategies and elevate the hiring experience.
  • Serve as a point of escalation, problem-solver, and innovator, keeping our recruitment engine running efficiently.

Your focus won’t just be on filling roles—it’ll be on creating memorable candidate journeys, using analytics to guide strategy, and always thinking ahead for the business. You’ll ensure a smooth onboarding for our new hires and support Siemens as an employer of choice, today and in the future.

Your Profile:

  • 10–12 years of hands-on, end-to-end talent acquisition experience
  • Independent, resourceful attitude with top-tier communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident in stakeholder management, with an eye for process and detail
  • Adaptable in a multifaceted, matrix environment
  • Bonus: Experience with applicant tracking systems
