We are looking for Senior Lead Data Engineer
You’ll break new ground by:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into elegant and effective technical solutions for data integration.
- Monitor, identify, and resolve data issues proactively, contributing to our overall data governance and quality framework.
- Evaluate and recommend new data technologies and architectural patterns to continuously improve our data infrastructure and integration capabilities.
- Mentor and guide other engineers, chipping in to the development of data engineering best practices and encouraging a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
- A bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a data engineer, with a strong focus on data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and building data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with specific expertise in cloud-native integration services like AWS Glue.
- Proficiency with enterprise integration platforms, ideally SnapLogic.
- Strong experience with event-streaming platforms such as Kafka, Confluent Cloud, or similar.
- Proficiency in data engineering programming languages such as Python and expert-level SQL skills.
- Familiarity with best practices, including data versioning, automated testing, and CI/CD for data pipelines.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a consistent record to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
