What will you do?
Design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate technical and soft-skill training programs that support employee development, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and strengthen organizational capabilities—especially within manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities;
• Develops and implements learning policies, methods, and training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Designs training programs in collaboration with technical experts and external providers.
• Integrates new training initiatives into the annual learning curriculum.
• Plans and executes technical, operational, and administrative training activities.
• Manages logistics, materials, and scheduling for on-site and digital training.
• Delivers learning programs and coordinates on-the-job training.
• Designs and delivers technical training for manufacturing processes, quality, and production standards.
• Identifies skill gaps with production and engineering teams and creates targeted training solutions.
• Tracks training KPIs, ensures STPS compliance (DC-3, DC-5, SIRCE), and maintains accurate documentation.
• Manages training vendors, LMS platforms, communication strategies, and reporting of training effectiveness.

What do you need to succeed?
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Education, or related field; additional studies in OD or Instructional Design preferred.
• +5 years of experience in Learning & Development, including manufacturing training.
• Strong knowledge of STPS requirements (DC‑3, DC‑5, SIRCE).
• Proficiency in digital learning platforms (LMS) and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience delivering technical training for manufacturing processes, safety, and quality.
• Knowledge of training evaluation methodologies and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Competence in project management, problem‑solving, planning, and analytical thinking.
• Key competencies: customer service mindset, adaptability, teamwork, results orientation, and continuous learning.
