Title: Full Stack Engineer — Data & Integrations (vibe coder)

Position Summary: 

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer (Data & Integrations) who is also a true vibe coder — someone who brings a strong engineering mindset, autonomy, curiosity, and the ability to translate complex industrial workflows into clean, reliable software.

You will build the core data layer and logic of our custom manufacturing software platform for gas turbine production. Your work will integrate diverse factory data sources and compute expected production output, enabling smarter planning and operations decisions across the factory.

This role requires a hands-on, business-facing engineer who thrives in multicultural environments and who has previously built production-ready manufacturing systems.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities of role)

• Design and develop backend services for data consolidation from multiple file formats (CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, PDF) and factory systems. 

• Build integrations with MES, ERP, historians, PLM/CAD exports, and machine-level data pathways (e.g., OPC UA / MTConnect). 

• Architect the data model and transformations required to compute factory output, capacity, throughput, routings, cycle times, and constraints. 

• Implement scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL) supporting both UI and analytical workloads. 

• Collaborate with manufacturing SMEs to clarify requirements, assess feasibility, and propose technical recommendations. 

• Own CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, system reliability, and production monitoring. 

• Work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment with global stakeholders.

• Demonstrable experience using AI tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, and documentation.

What You Bring (required qualification and skill sets)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 4–6+ years of experience as a full stack or backend engineer, with at least 3 years in manufacturing, industrial software, or IoT systems. 

• Proven experience building production-grade applications that unify multi-format data into a single operational system. 

• Strong expertise in one or more stacks: TypeScript/Node.js, .NET 6/8, and Python for data processing. 

• Hands-on experience with OPC UA, MTConnect, PLC connectors, historians (OSIsoft PI, InfluxDB), or MES/ERP integrations. 

• Strong understanding of BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Cycle Times, Changeovers, OEE, and constraint-based capacity planning. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in multicultural teams. 

• Cloud experience (Azure preferred) with containerized microservices and DevOps pipelines.

• Prior experience of integrating AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Replit, GitHub Copilot) to automate boilerplate, refactor code, and generate tests.

Preferred Qualifications (good to have)

• Experience in gas turbines, aerospace, energy systems, or heavy industrial manufacturing. 

• Knowledge of CAD/PLM formats (STEP, IGES) and document parsing. 

• Familiarity with industrial data gateways and IIoT edge architectures.
