Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, and technically capable professional to join our EP BU Business administration department. You will act as a crucial bridge between business needs and technological solutions, driving digital transformation and optimization. Your core mission is to leverage data science, AI tools, and automation to independently develop intelligent applications and reports. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process from ideation to delivery, ensuring AI initiatives are closely aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Solution Identification & Scoping: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Commercial, Logistics) to identify opportunities for optimization through AI/Machine Learning (e.g., demand forecasting, intelligent replenishment). Lead the translation of business needs into clear AI user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Independent Development & Implementation: Utilize tools like Python, SQL, and low-code platforms to autonomously develop prototypes for simple AI applications, automation scripts, and data pipelines to validate ideas and solve practical business problems. Oversee the deployment and basic maintenance of these tools.
  • Data Insight & Intelligent Reporting: Go beyond traditional dashboards to develop predictive and prescriptive intelligent reporting systems. Use advanced analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense), and generative AI techniques to uncover deep insights from supply chain data, enabling precise decision-making.
  • AI Lifecycle Participation: Participate in and drive the full AI solution lifecycle from ideation, assessment, and deployment to monitoring, iteration, and scaling. Focus on real-world usage, outcomes, and business impact rather than just delivery milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business, IT, and data teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment on AI projects. Effectively communicate the business value, technical trade-offs, and inherent limitations of AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders to foster informed collaboration.
Requirements :
  • Education & Knowledge: Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field. Solid understanding and strong interest in the fundamentals, applications, and trends of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of professional experience in business analysis, data science, supply chain optimization, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of delivering tangible results.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in at least one data analysis and visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) for data analysis, automation, or simple application development.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with mainstream ERP/Supply Chain Management systems (e.g., SAP) is a strong plus.
