How you’ll make an impact

• Transformation project delivery: Lead key workstreams and small-to-medium project modules within large-scale transformation programs for blue-chip global manufacturing organisations. Take accountability for delivering measurable results that unlock cost, cash, and operational efficiencies, while guiding junior team members.
• Industry expertise and advisory: Bring credible industry experience to advise clients, shape solutions, and challenge thinking. Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, while continuing to deepen expertise across sectors such as Mobility, Aerospace, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Consumer Goods.
• Procurement and Supply Chain leadership: Apply your expertise to design and deliver impactful solutions across areas such as Planning & Inventory Optimisation, SIOP, Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Resilience, and Procurement capability development. Take ownership of solution design and ensure practical, sustainable implementation.
• Delivery Excellence & Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for your workstreams—ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outputs, and strong client satisfaction. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Digital Transformation: Lead the application of digital tools and Siemens capabilities to solve complex client challenges, helping clients move toward the factory of the future. Identify opportunities to embed digital innovation into transformation programs.
• Client Sales Engagement: Actively contribute to business development by shaping proposals, leading sections of client pitches, and identifying follow-on opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support account growth.
• Team Leadership and Mentoring: Support the development of junior consultants through coaching, feedback, and day-to-day guidance. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Knowledge Management: Contribute to the growth of Siemens Advanta’s intellectual capital by developing methodologies, tools, and insights, and sharing best practices across the organisation.

You’re excited to build upon your existing expertise, including:

Experience & Education

• Engineering, Operations or Business-related degree
• Experience in Aerospace & Defence, Life Sciences (Pharma or Med Tech), Automotive or FMCG desired
• Experience within a procurement or supply chain function at a blue-chip global manufacturing organisation, or consulting experience gained in procurement and supply chain across manufacturing industry customers

Skills

• Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior client leadership
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking, with the ability to structure and lead complex analyses
• Strong analytical capability, including experience working with large datasets to generate actionable insights (MS Excel proficiency essential)
• Proven project and workstream management experience, including planning, prioritisation, and delivery under pressure
