Then come and join our Vietnam team as Automation Workflow Manager and you will be responsible to develop and implement the automation strategy for lab integration, IT & digital solutions and the Laboratory & Workflow Consulting team.
Design and oversee scalable automation platforms to enhance Siemens’ strategy delivery.

Your Role:
  • You are responsible to develop and execute the automation strategy for laboratory integration, IT & digital solutions, and Laboratory & Workflow Consulting in alignment with Siemens portfolio and regional guidance.
  • You are responsible to design, govern, and scale automation platforms to effectively support Siemens’ strategy execution and long-term growth.
  • You are responsible to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities within Vietnam’s healthcare system and laboratory operations.
  • You are responsible to lead segmentation and targeting strategies for assigned products, translating customer, patient, and market insights into actionable business and go to market plans.
  • You are responsible to build and execute product strategies consistent with Siemens portfolio direction, leveraging competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and lifecycle management insights—specifically for lab integration, IT solutions, digital products, and laboratory & workflow consulting services.
  • You are responsible to utilize market intelligence to drive laboratory automation adoption, expand instrument footprints, and accelerate business growth.
  • You are responsible to collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Service, Digital, and regional teams to ensure aligned and impactful automation deployments.
  • You are responsible to ensure full compliance with Health Care Professional (HCP) interaction and regulatory requirements, safeguarding Siemens’ reputation and ethical standards.
Your qualification and experience:
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in automation, with a strong focus on laboratory operational efficiency and workflow optimization.
  • You have proven experience working in multinational companies within the healthcare industry.
  • You have strong communication skills with the ability to work fluently in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
  • You have demonstrated problem solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); working knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
