Head of Factory Finance (Electrification & Automation)

You’ll create impact by:
- Act as a trusted business partner to the Plant Manager, driving financial performance, transparency, and target achievement (KPIs, productivity, and profitability)
- Take full ownership of all financial activities at plant level, including:
- Planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Controlling, accounting, and reporting
- Management of Gross Profit, Investments, and Net Working Capital (NWC)
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting in line with internal and external requirements
- Provide transparent financial insights by analyzing deviations, identifying root causes, and initiating corrective actions
- Lead all commercial topics of the plant and ensure alignment with Business Unit Finance and overall financial governance
- Drive harmonization, standardization, and digitalization of financial processes
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of productivity and cost optimization measures in line with corporate guidelines
- Ensure full compliance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG), internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Act as key contact for complex accounting matters at factory level
- Lead, develop, and empower the Factory Finance Team, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented environment
- Provide ad hoc analyses and decision support to Plant Management, Business Unit Finance, and Headquarters
- 7-8 years of professional experience in Finance / Controlling, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in SAP and financial systems
- Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs, productivity drivers, and cost structures
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management (procurement and logistics processes)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- High level of ownership, reliability, and result orientation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
- Leadership experience with a clear focus on people development and performance management
- Relevant industries knowledge & experience will be an advantage
