We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).

You’ll make a difference by:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks and scripts for cloud-based applications.
• Collaborating closely with development and QA teams to understand application features, architecture, and requirements.
• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test suites.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, ensuring timely resolution and continuous quality improvement.
• Performing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure application stability and scalability.
• Ensuring cloud applications meet high standards of quality, reliability, security, and performance.
• Leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster delivery cycles.
• Continuously improving test automation frameworks, tools, and processes for better efficiency and coverage.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in cloud computing and test automation.

You’ll win us over by:

• Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Having 2–5 years of experience as an SDET or in a similar software testing role.
• Demonstrating strong programming skills in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Possessing hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
• Having experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Being familiar with CI/CD tools and pipelines such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Bringing strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Showing excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools such as K6, Postman, or Cypress.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with security testing practices and tools.

Added Advantage:

• Experience in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Edge Computing concepts and applications.
• Strong proficiency in Cypress for end-to-end automation testing.
